Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused BPO Voice Process Executive to join our client's team in the US Shift. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As a BPO Voice Process Executive, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and make calls professionally, addressing customer queries and concerns with patience and efficiency.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products or services.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies.
• Follow established processes and procedures to meet performance metrics and KPIs.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support operations.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company to customers.
• Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills through training and development.
• Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Previous experience in a BPO or customer service role is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Willingness to work in a US Shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
