We are hiring for leading international BPO for a Voice /Blended / Travel / Insurance process profile.
Skill Set -
Graduates/Undergraduates with good communication skills in ENGLISH.
Freshers or any BPO/NON-BPO experience with EXCELLENT communication skills can apply.
Candidate should be willing to work in rotational shifts.
Customer Service Experience Will Be Preferred.
Responsibilities -
• Handling customer queries and providing them with solution.
• Achieving requires KRA's.
• Making sure customer is satisfied with our services.
Shift-
UK Shift 2.30am last logout
Package-
Upto- 5.50 L + INC +
Location -
Viman nagr / Magarpatta
Transportation available.
