Translator/Transcriber responsibilities include reading/listening to audios and thoroughly understanding the context of a given material
Using specialized dictionaries and translation tools and proofreading finished pieces of work
Also they will be responsible in identification of intents and tagging of words to specific entities as per the guidelines shared.
Handle queries of customers through chat & call
Handle queries through inbound calls of premium customers
Mandatory Requirements
Education : Intermediate and above
Languages : English,Hindi & Telugu (might get extra benefits for extra known languages)
