Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as BPO Voice Process Executives. As a BPO Voice Process Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and addressing customer queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Providing accurate information and assistance to customers while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues to the appropriate department if necessary.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Following company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience.
- Meeting or exceeding individual and team performance targets.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
