Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a BPO Voice Process position at KPB Supports Solutions Pvt Ltd. The role involves handling customer queries and providing excellent customer service through voice interactions. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing customer needs, identifying business process improvement opportunities, and providing effective solutions. Training on communication and customer service techniques will be provided.
Qualifications
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to identify business process improvement opportunities
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Prior experience in customer service or a related role is a plus
• Training and mentoring skills to provide effective solutions to customer queries
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
