Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues.

Maintain high standards of customer service and support in every interaction, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Achieve performance targets including call quality, call handling time, and customer satisfaction.

Document call details and customer interactions accurately and efficiently.

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.

Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistent, quality service delivery.

Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed team goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• *
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
• *
Ability to work in a night shift environment and manage time effectively.
• *
Basic computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
• *
Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• *
Excellent listening skills, with an attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• *
High school diploma or equivalent (Graduation preferred).
• Experience
• *
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a BPO or call center environment.
• *
Experience working in a night shift or handling international calls is a plus.
• *
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Working Hours
• *
Night shift (timings: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday to Friday).
• *
Flexibility for weekend shifts as required.
• *
5 days working with 2 weekly offs.
