Job Title: Chat support (Non voice)
Shift: Rotational Shift
Work Location: Ahmedabad
Week Off: 5 days working (2 days rotational week off)
Salary: upto 5 lpa
Qualification: Undergraduate/Graduate/ Post Graduate
Candidate should have minimum 06months & above year experience in BPO chat support role.
We are looking for immediate joiners only

Handling chats of the customer queries,complaints
Work from office - Hybrid (Few days WFH and Few days WFO)
Company will provide system .
Requirements
Candidate should have,
1. Good Communication skills
2. Handling customer chats which involves working in different time zones
3.Handling chats from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
4. Flexible to work in shifts.
5. Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills
6. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
7. Good technical knowledge
8. Work from office - Hybrid (Few days WFH and Few days WFO) - Ahmedabad work location
