Job Title: Chat support (Non voice)
Shift: Rotational Shift
Work Location: Ahmedabad
Week Off: 5 days working (2 days rotational week off)
Salary: upto 5 lpa
Qualification: Undergraduate/Graduate/ Post Graduate
Candidate should have minimum 06months & above year experience in BPO chat support role.
We are looking for immediate joiners only

Handling chats of the customer queries,complaints
Work from office - Hybrid (Few days WFH and Few days WFO)
Company will provide system .
Requirements
Candidate should have,
• Good Communication skills
• Handling customer chats which involves working in different time zones
• Handling chats from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
• Flexible to work in shifts.
• Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Good technical knowledge
• Work from office - Hybrid (Few days WFH and Few days WFO) - Ahmedabad work location
• candidate should have broadband connection
