Designation: Process Executive
Job Role:
• Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones.
• E-Commerce Process.
• Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right responses to them, positively and professionally.
• Rotational Shift.
Process : E-commerce
Any Female employee shift will be from 7am -7PM
All the male employees should be comfortable with rotational shifts.
Requirements
• Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Good technical knowledge.
• Flexible to work in shifts.
• Must have done Under Graduate / Graduate / Post Graduate.
• Freshers and Experienced both are eligible.
• Rotational Shift / Flexible to work in Night shifts
