Job Responsibilities: Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls.Contacting respective leads and making them aware of the webinar conducted by the company.Contacting existing leads as well as prospective leads using scripts.Following up with the leads and ensuring their attendance in the webinar.Asking questions to the leads and understanding their specifications.Resolving queries and issues related to the webinar.Maintaining the database of the leads on a regular basisNoting important details of each conversation.Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.Minimum RequirementsGood Communication SkillsLanguages - English.
