Role Description
This full-time Telecaller / BPO role is based in Hyderabad with AI ERA Pvt Ltd. As a Telecaller / BPO representative, you will be responsible for answering customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves making outbound calls to customers as well as receiving inbound calls.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in handling customer queries and complaints over the phone
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Fluency in English and one or more additional languages is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a BPO or telecalling role is a plus
