TITLE: Associate / Sr. Associate (International Voice process)
Location: Hyderabad,Bangalore,Chennai,Vizag
Experience: 1to 3+ Years Experience in international Voice customer services.
Education & Shift Time: Graduate Must: 15 years of regular education, flexible to rotational shifts -Open for US Night shifts , Flexible W/OFFS
Responsibilities :
• Answer incoming inquiries for past and current Canada/US clients.
• Identify the needs of the clients by thoroughly listening and probing to provide the best possible solution to their queries.
• Meet and exceed the different service-oriented Key Performance Indicators.
• Promotes the value of our company for repeat business.
• Be flexible to adapt to the changing needs of the business
• Comply with the company policies as outlined in the HR policy.
• Comply with customer service procedure that is aligned to the quality specifics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
