Responsibilities
• Plan and design solution architecture for the eCommerce solutions based on client needs, business workflows, and industry best practices
• Proactively share the pros and cons of various design and implementation options with internal teams
• Prepare time and effort estimation, resources required, solution outline, broad timescale schedules of new projects with help of the Pre-sales team
• Prepare detailed technical solution documents like technical analysis, implementation plans, diagrams, workflows, and procedures for existing and proposed eCommerce environments including third-party integrations
• Works closely with BA and development teams to ensure the finest solution discovery and precise implementation
• Proactively assist the development team in the implementation of complex functionality, creating POCs, and ensure a smooth delivery
• Maintain clear and consistent communication between external and internal stakeholders
• Additional Duties : Identify training needs and knowledge gaps for development teams
• Assist the HR Team in hiring, maintaining, and motivating technical analysis team
• Enlists the support of account manager, sales manager, HR personnel, and other administrative resources as needed
• Continuously upgrade knowledge and skills to stay fit with current eCommerce trends
