Role Description This is a full-time Branch Credit Manager role located in Hyderabad. The Branch Credit Manager will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and approving credit applications for businesses, creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and ensuring compliance with credit policies and procedures. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with the sales and collection teams. Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in affordable or prime housing finance/ micro LAP as a credit manager. • Strong understanding of credit risk management techniques and credit analysis techniques • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner • Demonstrated ability to work independently, make sound financial decisions, and exhibit strong problem-solving skills • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with banking software programs is preferred
