Branch Credit Manager – The candidate will be responsible for Underwriting Home Loan and LAP applications received from various partners under Colending arrangements/channels including organic / non-organic channels.
Must have 1 or 2 years of experience in Secured Loans i.e., LAP/HL
Key Responsibilities
• Candidate will be primarily responsible for Credit Risk management for HL & LAP products with co-lending partners. Additionally, we need to support local underwriting teams for other sourcing channels.
• Candidate will be responsible for maintaining a healthy portfolio for a bank and maintaining delinquency as per guidelines from Management from time to time under control.
• Candidate will have to manage the bounce rate below prescribed norms.
• Satisfactory closure of Audit/ Compliance of Branch
• Maintain various MIS for Data Maintenance and reporting purposes
• Day-to-day Coordination with Product and co-lending partners for closure of files within TAT with Quality cases.
• Closely working with stakeholders and other departments like Product, Audit, Policy, Legal, Technical and co-lending Partners, etc.
• Checking HL Applications with acceptable standards of the Bank and Checking Dockets and processing for disbursement.
• Vendor & Billing Management
• Responsible for fraud management and risk mitigation activities
• OTC & PDD Management.
• Able to take on additional responsibilities in the future whenever assigned.

Graduation, Post-Graduation – (Minimum MBA-Finance), CA
