1. Daily planning and review of WIP (Work in progress) cases.
• Oversee the underwriting of the loans in the branch.
• Review the underwriting process at branch level and define process as per available resources at branch requirements.
• Monitor loan accounts, checking of loan documents and supervising timely preparation of MIS and reporting to higher authorities
• Approving / taking approvals for the deviations as per process and implementing TAT in Credit approvals
2. Review Portfolio Quality and control delinquency
• Controlling & keep tracking of all buckets deliquesces of the branch with coordination of collection team
• Direct follow up on early vintage cases to ensure timely collections of pre-EMI and EMI from customers.
3. Cross Function Management
• Work in tandem with operations colleague for smooth disbursement of files
• Maintain weekly follow up on OTC for handover of disbursement cheque to customer within TAT
• Fulfilling the credit training needs of the entire business team on a continued & timely basis
• Maintain timely follow up on PDD to ensure zero error after loan disbursement
4. PD and underwriting of cases.
• Process credit decisioning of HL/LAP case based on credit policy.
• Ensures field customer visits for PD with customers to understand employment, business, cash flows, regular and routine expenses, existing loan obligation and its detail and purpose of loan
• Maintain TAT of cases logged in for processing
Required Skill
• 2+ years of experience across banks and HFCs
• Experience across products in the HL/LAP lending space

Educational Qualification MBA (Finance) / Postgraduate
