Job Description
The Center Manager - Banking Professional is responsible for the supervision, direction, and oversight of a growing Banking Center. This role requires strong emphasis on employee coaching and mentoring to achieve deposit and growth goals of the branch while fostering future professional development of employees.
The ideal candidate will have four or more years of retail banking experience and prior supervisory experience. A good understanding of bank policies, procedures, and regulations is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Main Responsibilities
• Responsible for assigned Banking Center(s) daily operations and profitability.
• Conducts weekly/monthly branch sales meetings.
• Administers bank policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain effective branch operations minimizing risk to the bank.
• Uses customer, product, and procedural knowledge to handle complex client transactions.
Key Requirements
• Four or more years of retail banking experience.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Good PC skills - proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel essential.
