As a Branch Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operations within the branch, including customer service, gold loan processing, and business development. This is a full-time position, and we are looking for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of loan processing and documentation procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver exceptional service.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with local market trends and competition.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, including customer service, loan processing, and business development.
• Ensure excellent customer experience by providing personalized and efficient services.
• Handle loan processing activities, including document verification, loan disbursal, and repayment tracking.
• Identify potential business opportunities and implement strategies to achieve branch targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, local businesses, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular reports and updates on branch performance to the management.
• Train and develop branch staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Assist in resolving customer queries, complaints, and issues in a timely manner.
