Branch Head | Banking
A bank branch manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a bank branch, including managing staff, resources, and customer service:
• Business development: Meeting or exceeding business development goals, and growing the location's revenues
• Staff development: Coaching, developing, and disciplining staff, and ensuring they attend training sessions
• Customer service: Providing exceptional customer service, and promoting a sales and service culture
• Compliance: Complying with all bank policies, regulations, and laws
• Resource allocation: Allocating branch resources for staff and client needs
• Financial reports: Managing financial reports for the branch
• Outreach: Organizing outreach to new team members and customers
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
Experience:
• Bank Branch Manager: 10 years (Preferred)
