Job Description : Candidate would be responsible for Branch`s profitability by driving assets & liabilities business from the branchMentoring the branch staff team to achieve the branch`s goal and ensure maximum employee productivityDrive the retail term deposits Gold Loans , Liability products , and Third part cross sell from the branchesAnalyzing the creditworthiness of the customers by visiting the residence and business location and taking market feedbackEnsuring a healthy portfolio by ensuring recovery of irregular and NPA accountsCross selling the various products of the bank like Insurance, trade etc. and referring loans like mortgage etc.Maintaining, nurturing and deepening relationships with existing clients.Ensure adherence to all regulatory and statutory guidelines at all times while doing business.Driving the digital initiatives of the Bank to ensure customers adopt to banka??s digital channels
