Job Description
Oversee and manage all operational activities of the branch, ensuring efficiency, security, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Ensure the branch is compliant with all regulatory and internal policies, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.
• Monitor branch performance against key metrics such as customer service, transaction processing times, and compliance.
• Drive branch sales through retail banking products such as savings accounts, loans, mortgages, insurance, and investment products.
• Set and achieve targets for revenue generation, customer acquisition, and product penetration.
• Develop and execute local sales strategies to grow market share and achieve branch goals.
• Identify and develop relationships with key customers and businesses to increase footfall and transactions at the branch.
