A. Business & Sales Management
• Achieve periodical business targets through the specific branch for Student Placement in partner universities across the globe.
• Plan and execute regional business strategies of the company to strengthen its position as a leading student placement service provider.
• Lead the team in proactively converting inquiries into sales to ensure higher conversion rates.
• To proactively identify barriers to sales and work with your team to increase conversions
• Arrange, participate, and engage people through various promotional events.
B. Business Operations & Service Quality
• Lead all operational aspects including but not limited to - client services, human resources, administrations, training, and increasing portfolio of university contracts in different destinations such as Australia, Canada, UK, USA, and New Zealand and sales in accordance with PFEC Global...
