Job Title : Branch Head - Study Abroad Education Salary : 14 LPA Location : Tilak Nagar,New Delhi - Interested candidates can call or WhatsApp on +860665+33- - Job Description : - As the Branch Head for Study Abroad Education, you will be responsible for leading and managing all operations related to study abroad consultancy at our branch. You will play a crucial role in providing guidance, support, and expertise to students aspiring to pursue higher education overseas. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 1. Leadership and Management : - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of education consultants and support staff to achieve branch targets and objectives. - Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and professional development. 2. Business Development : - Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market presence in the study abroad consultancy sector. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance service offerings and revenue streams. 3. Client Engagement : - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, educational institutions, and other stakeholders. - Provide personalized consultation and guidance to students regarding course selection, university admissions, visa procedures, financial aid, and other related aspects. 4. Compliance and Operations : - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures governing study abroad consultancy services. - Oversee the efficient functioning of branch operations, including budget management, resource allocation, and administrative tasks. 5. Market Research and Analysis : - Stay updated on global trends, developments, and best practices in the study abroad education industry. - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback surveys to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. 6. Marketing and Promotions : - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to attract prospective students and enhance brand visibility. - Utilize digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and other channels to reach and engage target audiences effectively. 7. Performance Monitoring and Reporting : - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the branch's performance and effectiveness. - Prepare regular reports, presentations, and analyses for senior management to evaluate progress, identify challenges, and recommend strategies for improvement. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Business Administration, International Relations, etc.). Master's degree preferred. - Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar role within the education consultancy or related industry. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. - Knowledge of study abroad procedures, university admissions criteria, and visa regulations. - Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Passion for international education and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients
