Looking for candidates:
Having minimum 5 years experience as Branch Manager including credit management
responsibilities.
Having experience in Sales.
Having strong interpersonal, people management and team handling skills.
Qualification:
Essential: Graduate
Desirable: CA / ICWA / MBA / CAIIB
Responsibilities include:
Achieve individual and Branch sales goals through new business sales referrals and retention of
account relationship.
Achieve Branch targets for Advances, CASA, Term Deposits and achieve fee based income targets.
Contribute in the growth of the Bank through Business Development.
Develop a Business growth environment by onboarding customers, meeting their expectations,
