Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth through the agency channel in the health insurance domain.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Provide guidance, support, and ongoing training to agents to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, set targets, and motivate the team to achieve sales goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective promotional campaigns and generate leads for the agency channel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and key stakeholders to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the health insurance market.
• Analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures to optimize sales performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant agency sales experience in the insurance industry, preferably in health insurance
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
