Recruitment of Executive(FLS)
This position will be responsible for helping build up a business by identifying new business prospects through, include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets. Maintain relationships with current clients and build and maintain relationships with new clients.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct market survey to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Represent the company in various corporate meetings, exhibitions, or conferences
• Handle customer feedback and grievances to ensure customer delight.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve optimum performance.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team for necessary escalation wherever necessary.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Maintain and upkeep of professional and technical knowledge to remain relevant in the market.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Management.
