JobResponsibilities
• Managingoperations and overall functioning of thebranch.
• Responsiblefor meeting the branch business targets
• Ensuringthat the branch adheres to all regulatory requirements andguidelines such as "Know Your Customer (KYC)", "Anti MoneyLaundering (AML)", "Combating the Financing of Terrorism(CFT)",etc., at alltimes
• Ensuringcost management and cost control at the branch to ensureprofitability
• RenderingExcellent Customer Service and ensure that their needs are understood and met through thevarious financial product offerings of thebank.
• Supervisingkey areas including new business development (retail andinstitutional), sales channel development, team development andrevenuegeneration
• Ensuringthat all laid down system and processes are followed at the branchas stipulated by the SeniorManagement.
• Ensuringthat the entire staff is adequately trained on the products of thebank and sales Processes and engaged at alltimes.
• Responsiblefor dealing with internal / external auditors and inspections &compliance.
