We are hiring for Branch HR Lead one of ourUK based MNC who they are into facility and Securityindustry.

Responsibilities

JobIntroduction:
Lead thedelivery of HR services for direct employees at the Branch. Ensurethe development and retention of the right talent to supportbusiness objectives address employee grievances ensure statutorycompliance alongside ER team and implement employeerelatedinitiatives for an optimal employee experience aligned with G4Svalues.

JobResponsibilities:
Note:Thecandidate should have experience in managing more than 1000 workersprimarily bluecollar employees within abranch.
Proficiencyin payroll management and statutory compliance isessential.

HRBusiness Partnering:
Developand execute HR plans and budgets for the branch in alignment withbusiness and Hub HR strategies.
Monitor HRactivities for direct employees in accordance with definedprocesses andguidelines.
Recruitment andOnboarding:
Monitorrecruitment activities to ensure adequate staffing levels as perthe plan.
Track joining and inductionprocesses for direct staff ensuring deployment as per businessrequirements.
Employee DataManagement:
Manage personalfiles and ensure timely updates of employee information on ERPsystems.
Training andDevelopment:
Coordinate training processesand ensure compliance with training needs and statutoryrequirements.
PerformanceManagement:
Ensure timelycompletion of Performance Development Reviews (PDR) for allindirect staff at thebranch.
Payroll andMetrics:
Oversee payrollprocessing and prepare HR metric dashboards as required by BranchHub and Head Office.
EmployeeAssistance and GrievanceHandling:
Address employeegrievances and provide necessaryassistance.
StatutoryCompliance:
Ensure compliancewith all statutory requirements related to HRfunctions.
Health &Safety:
Promote and enforcehealth and safety measures in theworkplace.

Qualifications:
Minimum:Graduation diploma or equivalent in a relevantdiscipline.
Desired: MBA/Masters degree orequivalent preferably with HRspecialization.
RelevantExperience:
Minimum 57 yearsof experience in HR generalist roles within the relevantindustry.
Experience managing HR for a largeteam of direct manpower is highlypreferred.
Skills:
Abilityto navigate organizational dynamics and handle conflictingsituationseffectively.
