Job Description
• Drive branch performance on liabilities, assets, and third-party products.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets on CASA, loans, and fee income.
• Identify potential markets and customer segments to drive business.
• Cross-sell banking and financial products like insurance, mutual funds, credit cards, etc.
Customer Relationship Management
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Personally handle HNI and customers for business and retention.
• Address escalated customer queries and complaints promptly.
Operations & Compliance
• Ensure adherence to all internal and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain audit scores above benchmark and drive zero tolerance on compliance deviations.
• Ensure safety and security of branch infrastructure and operations.
Team Management
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers, Service Staff, and Operations personnel.
• Drive performance, goal setting, and regular reviews.
• Identify training and development needs for team members.
Risk & Governance
• Implement internal controls and risk mitigation frameworks.
• Monitor branch transactions for suspicious activity and ensure regulatory compliance (KYC/AML, etc.).
