Branch Incharge- Sales-Holiday Packages

Job Description:
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in managing retail sale for Outbound / Domestic Holidays Tours.
• Good experience in selling international / Domestic holidays for both GIT and FIT and has good numbers of repeat clientele
• Experience in handling customers on pre and post sales requirements
• Experience in managing and driving team for lead conversions
• Achieving assigned targets & managing the P&L of the branch
• Prepare regular reports on branch performance and key metrics.
Conduct SWOT analysis and provide recommendations.
• Develop and execute BTL marketing strategies to promote the branch and its services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns & ATL marketing activities
• Self-motivated, resourceful, ability and willingness to work in a multi-tasking environment.
• Sound knowledge on GIT & FIT products

Telegu, English, & Hindi
• Minimum 5 years of experience and worked in similar role
