We're looking for a Branch Logistics Manager to join our Queenstown team on a full-time permanent basis. This is a forward-hire opportunity for a new site opening, with the role commencing in late July, 2026. If you have Supervisory experience in fleet management, scheduling, logistics, parts and/or transportation and are passionate about guest experience this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating vehicle logistics to ensure they are positioned appropriately at the right time, facilitating timely repairs, compliance renewals, efficient process flow, and minimizing departmental rework and customer wait times.
Overseeing and managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate records, and coordinating with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels
Implement standards and procedures to ensure efficiencies are achieved.
Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction
Understands the business/branch operation and how their department fits into its success.
Maintenance and compliance of the yard and any off-site storage facilities
Attend Off-fleet meetings to understand how the fleet is positioned and provide insight to areas that repairs should be focus as well as parts updates
Forecasting site inventory requirements for key items to ensure MRP is set up correctly

Key Requirements:
Minimum 2+ year’s hands-on experience across fleet management, scheduling, logistics and/or transport including supervisory responsibilities.
A customer-first mindset, backed by minimum of 1+ year’s customer service experience (or an equivalent NZQF Level 2 or 3 qualification or AQF Certificate II/III qualification).
Proven leadership experience managing teams of 10-20, with solid project management capability and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.
Calm, organised decision-making under pressure, plus confident written and verbal communication in English.
Inventory and stores capability with stock control experience in a retail or warehouse setting, knowledge of best-practice inventory operations, and the ability to train and develop others.
A strong understanding of New Zealand safety and compliance requirements, with a focus on maintaining scheduling, safety and efficiency standards.
A full driver’s licence
Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend work by agreement).

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package between $80,000 to $85,000 depending on experience.
