• Branch Handling
• Sales team handling of RO/RM.
• Maintain the connect and value (DSA)
• Collection responsible work and maintain the new and existing portfolio.
• Communicate the policy of Urban Retail, home loan and mortgage loan and to the Sales team for the file process.
• Handling Sales & Marketing & credit process for files disbursement.
• Analyse applicant’s financial status, credit and property evaluations to determine feasibility of Lending,
• Review of loans & ensure repayment of loan and recommendation for new Urban Retail, Housing loans and mortgage loan.
• Primary Analysis, Processing, Documentation and Disbursement of new Urban Retail, Housing Loan and mortgage loan Proposals.
• Monitoring and managing the existing branch business with healthy growth of Branch Credit Portfolio.
• Responsible for Verification and recommendation of new Urban Retail, Housing Loan & Mortgage Loan proposals
