Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role located in Noida. The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the institution, ensuring the highest quality of care for all residents. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with healthcare professionals, developing care plans, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a positive and supportive environment for both residents and staff. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for administrative tasks such as budgeting, reporting, and community outreach.
Qualifications
• Leadership and Management skills
• Experience in elder care services and healthcare administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and care standards
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in budgeting and financial management
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
