Overall Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for overseeing the Branch operations, including Business Development, Customer Care, and Profitability.

2.Provide Strong Leadership to the Branch Team by setting Performance Goals, creating development Plans and assigning Job Responsibilities.

3.Ensure that the profitability of AMC Revenue adequately covers overall branch expenses.

Sales Responsibilities:

1.Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth in Sales and achieve the Targets.

2.Find new business opportunities, create effective marketing and sales campaigns to promote

3.ESCON's Vertical Transportation Products and grow the customer base.

Installation Responsibilities:

1.Ensure timely completion of Installation works with Client satisfaction as per the set Targets.

2.Responsible for development of in-house Team and reliable Subcontractor base.

Maintenance Responsibilities:

1.Achieve Commercial / Technical Targets by providing efficient service to the Customers.

2.Ensure that Preventive Maintenance and Repair works are completed on-time as per the agreement.

MOD Responsibilities:

1.Identify and pursue Business Opportunities in the Elevator Modernization market through market research, networking, and lead generation.

2.Lead and motivate the MOD team by providing guidance, training, and support to achieve 3rd party Modernization Sales targets.

Billing and Collection Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for on-time billing and ensure timely follow-up and receipt of payments.

2.Ensure that there is no penalty to the company.

Manpower Management:

1.Responsible for Team Recruitment, Motivation, Training, Development and attrition Control.

2.Conduct periodic 'Performance Appraisal' of team members and guide them to improve the performance.

Miscellaneous Activities:

1.Ensure achievement of client satisfaction by prompt response to customer issues.

2.Ensure that software / database is updated on time and used effectively.

3.Ensure to provide necessary Reports.
