• Building, managing and monitoring sales team for business Loans; Small ticket mortgage loans and MSME loans.
• Meeting targets for lead generation, meetings, loan disbursement and revenue generation
Requirement: The candidate should have: -
• Minimum work experience of 5 years in a NBFC or Bank in similar roles.
• Post Graduate, MBA degree
• Experience in direct sales of Business Loans; Small ticket mortgage loans and MSME loans.
• Experience in team building, managing and leading for achieving the targets.
• Good knowledge of local market and target area from where he/she would be operating.
• Willingness to work under pressure and achieve the targets
• We are hiring for the locations of Jaipur.
