Hi all,
I am looking Branch Manager to join my team in Pune at Home First Finance Company (HFFC).
Job description:
• Search out affordable housing projects. Make the builder and connectors your best friend.
• Learn the tricks of the trade from the experts. Extract maximum leads from builders & other channel partners.
• Plan and execute impactful ATL / BTL marketing campaigns.
• Ensure minimum NPA % through prudent credit evaluation & rigorous collections.
• Add new customers to branch customer base and retain the old portfolio of approx 75 Cr and 600 customers of a branch.
Who will be suitable for the position:
• MBA with 4-5 years experience for BM. Experience in Home Loan/Mortgage is must.
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Team player. BM leads a team of RMs and CSMs as well ensure branch hygiene parameters.
