Job Description
• The mentioned position is for existing / new branches in Gurgaon/Delhi/NCR and basis application, candidate shall be taken forward for specific geography
• Candidate must be working as a Branch Manager/Head currently and should have BM role handling experience of at least 1 year prior to applying for this position.
• The BM Profile at IndusInd is an absolute sales driven position, we need people who have an expertise in handling Wealth, i.e. LI, MF & TPP Products.
• Should have spent over 1 year in the current organization in the capacity of Branch Manager.
• No gaps in career between jobs.
• Age – must be less than 41 years.
• Local candidates with sound knowledge of the market will be given preference.
• Handle all the activities of a new/existing branch with strong leadership skills and service orientation.
• Good in team management; will have to drive a team of 3-8 team members in the branch.
• Fully responsible for Branch P & L – revenue & cost.
• Sales generation – CASA Third Party Wealth Products
• Responsible for Branch Banking & HNI segment.
• Customer Service Delivery & Operations management will be key deliverables.
