We are focused on providing customised career counselling options that involves the promotion of courses from our International education partners. We work with education providers who are recognised for the provision of quality education, and are fully
accredited under the respective countries' education regulatory framework. We hold our offices all across India covering major metropolitan cities, namely Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Bangalore, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Pune, Chandigarh, Amritsar, Ludhiana and Jalandhar, hence enjoying wider accessibility and reach to Indian students.
Among a host of our services are included admission, career counseling, bank loan assistance, application processing, references and SOP, pre-visa counseling and documentation, lodging visa application and follow up on status, airport pick-up and hostel accommodation, in-house IELTS coaching, in-house PTE test centre, and pre-departure orientation for students.ROLE OF POSITIONAssign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation. Manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation. Have a hands-on approach and be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable targets achievement.MAIN DUTIESDirect all operational aspects including customer service, human resources, administration and sales
Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective opportunities
Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
Meet goals and metricsBring out the best of branch's personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetrationSALARY:50,000/- Rs. / Month or more as per your knowledge & experienceQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREDGraduation or Post Graduation in any field.
At least 6-8 years' experience in the overseas education or allied industry with at least 3 years in a leadership role.SKILLS REQUIREDProven branch management experience
Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
Ability to meet sales targets and goals
Familiarity with industry's rules and regulations
Excellent organizational skills
Results driven and customer focused
Leadership and human resources management skills
