We require Branch Managers to lead a team of Agency Managers in a reputed Health insurance company. CTC : Between 8 to +.25 Lacs plus incentives. Locations : Mumbai - Ghatkopar, Dombivali, Fort, Goregaon Experience : Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales is required. 1 years experience needed in Team Leading Sales role. We are looking for candidates from Insurance Industry having agency sales experience and team handling experience. Qualification : Graduate, preferably MBA Role: This is a non-sourcing role. The candidate shall be required to lead a team of Agency Sales Managers. Joint field work may also be required to establish leadership. The role shall carry delivery of team targets.
