Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the Direct Sales team of our Life Insurance division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall growth and profitability of the branch by ensuring efficient operations, driving sales targets, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and profitability goals.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales agents, providing ongoing training and support to ensure they achieve their targets.
• Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment that fosters teamwork and motivation among staff.
• Monitor and analyze branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective actions where necessary.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and execution of company goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations, as well as industry standards.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Life Insurance Sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and profitability goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and staff.
• Ability to think strategically and analytically, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Must be willing to travel frequently.
