Role Description
CRSP Capital is seeking a full-time on-site Branch Manager/LAP Product to be located in Banswara. As the Branch Manager/LAP Product, you will be responsible for the efficient functioning of the branch, driving sales and managing operations. You will also be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, conducting credit appraisals, and managing collections through an efficient team. You will also build local market knowledge and work closely with the Regional Head, Sales Head, and Operations Head to deliver quality services.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher
5+ years of relevant experience in Branch Banking/LAP
Strong understanding of the lending sector, credit management, and branch operations
Experience in sales and ability to drive sales through effective team management
Ability to conduct credit appraisals and collections efficiently
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a proven track record of meeting targets
Prior experience in managing remote teams and understating of rural markets is a plus
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
