Job Description
Branch Head is responsible for all activities done in the branch under him. His/ Her Role includes
managing business personal activities of the branch. Motivating the staffs for achieving
targets is his/her key activity. Branch head reports directly to the Regional Manager.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Marketing Business Development activities
• Customer Acquisition Retention.
• Targeting HNI and Corporate clients for the branch.
• Competitors Analysis.
• Daily morning meetings and discussions with staff.
• Review of Performance based on various parameters i.e. Monthly review - Revenue per
employee, branch profitability, etc. and Weekly review-volumes, brokerage, client
registrations, etc. (Equity, Commodity, Distribution).
• Organizing weekly Investor meets to increase client base.
HR Activities for Branch
• Monthly training programs for staffs (Product related/ Communication Skills/Day-to-day
Operations/Risk Management Compliance) for improving...
