Branch Manager - Leading Bank - Mumbai - AVP Grade - Responsible for managing business of the branch and supervise service to all bank customers i.e. RL, Wealth, Credit Card Corporate Banking & SME. - Ownership of P & L of the branch along with number targets for the branch. - Responsible for guiding and mentoring branch staff (sales and service) for enhancing productivity and flawless customer service. - Imperia RM, Burgundy/Affluent RM etc.) from competition to be considered for BM role The Candidate's either current or previous CASA book size should be more than 300Cr+ Salary : 15 - 30 LPA (Based on the Current CTC) Incentive + Performance Bonus
