BRANCH MANAGER - AHMEDABAD
Min Experience
10 Years Max Experience 18 Years
Budget Type- Total Budget (₹12L - ₹21L) depends on present Grade
Branch Manager Hiring Criteria’s:
· Current CTC drawn must be 8 Lakhs and above
· Total Experience must be more than 10 years in Banking – Retail
· Current Experience in the present role must be 1.5 years +. No recent promotion
· A double grade hike will not be offered to the candidate – grade fitment to be checked bank to bank
· MNC Bank Book Size : AUM + SA (80Cr) / AUM + CA (80Cr)
· Appraisal Ratings: Must be only in the Top 2 category for the last 3 years.
· The candidate should not be ‘out of a job’ unless it is a genuine reason and he/she has relevant proof of the same.
· Age of the candidate: 43 Years at max
· We do not hire candidates from small sized banks & PSU’s. If they have worked previously in a bigger brand, the reason for change to a small sized bank should be genuine.
· Education Qualification : Post Graduate is preferred, MBA, Engineering + MBA
· Profiles that can be sourced: Existing BMs, RBHs, Imperia RMa, Burgundy RM, Affluent RM, Head-ERM, Priority RM (Stan C), Premier RM (HSBC)
