Responsible for meeting the branch targets and adherence to all guidelines and regulatory requirements.
2. Overall review of the progress of Liabilities - Drive the Liabilities Business for assigned Branch
3. To take inputs for design of Strategic initiatives and review implementation of ongoing initiatives
4. Managing the product development cycle from conceptualization till launch of new product
5. Ensuring that all staff are well trained and fully aware of products and services, policies and procedures
6. Ability to drive sales with branch sales manager & team.
7. Managing Operations and overall functioning of the branch.
8. Responsible for meeting the branch targets and adherence to all guidelines and regulatory requirements.
+. Ensuring that the customers get world class services and their needs are understood and met through the financial product offerings of the bank
