Job Description
· Around 3 - 10 years of experience in handling Banking operaitons is must
· Need good communication skills to interact directly with the clients on a regular basis
· Must have experience managing delivery / operations in a large BPO, customer support, BPO environment.
· Handling disbursement of files for Working capital and Business Loan segment.
· Other activity of Unsecured Business Loan (NACH, EMI Tracking, CKYC and Login fees).
· Checking legal and technical document of Working Capital.
· Maintaining MIS of File Login, Repayments, PDD, Disbursement loans and more in excel.
· Take care of branch operations
· Updating of MIS for Original file dispatch to central office & other location.
· Preparing MIS for all live, closed, cancel cases file & docket.
· Working on Securitisation projects in with different banks and NBFC with treasury team.
· Coordinating Audit, Credit, and Legal Team for securitisation related works.
· Resolving queries of files for all securitisation related cases.
· Preparing files for loans and Mortgages.
Required Education/Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics.
· 3 to 10 years of experience Banking operations or NFC Firms.
· A combination of education and experience is acceptable.
· Strong communication skills in Hindi, English and Tamil(optional) – Preferably in written also
· Flexible for shifts and willing to work in any states.
