Job Title: Brach Sales Manager / Branch Manager / Branch Operation Manager / Branch officer / Relationship officer - CASA
Location: Nashik, Ahmednagar,
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
• Drive business growth by increasing CASA, FD, and RD deposits, and promoting other banking products
• Oversee branch operations, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and company policies
• Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
• 1-5+ years of retail branch banking experience mandatory, with a focus on #CASA, #FD, and #RD deposits.
• Proven experience in handling branch operations, including business development, customer service, and risk management
• Experience in leading and managing a team
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve business objectives
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university
