Job Description: - Responsible for Sales of Bank's products & Manage Relationships for a Portfolio of customers (both Existing and NTB - New To Bank)- Customer service - address walk in customers issues- Cross Sell - Investment products like Mutual Fund, Insurance & Current account & Saving account- Manage Operations like A/c opening, Fixed Deposit, Lockers, Forex etc.- Deepening of existing Current account & saving account relationships and ensure retention of customers- Generate referrals from internal database- Generate and Review Reports.
