Branch Manager-(220001+441)Job:Retail BankingPrimary Location:Asia-India-ChennaiSchedule:Full-timeEmployee Status:PermanentPosting Date:0+/Aug/2026, 12:33:08 PMUnposting Date:OngoingRole Responsibilities Strategy Maximize sales performance to achieve the sales target of the Branch for: Liability products [Current /Savings /Term deposits] Investment services Credit Cards Demat Ensure effective Relationship Management by monitoring the movement of the top customers of the branch Minimize value and number attrition of the top quartile of customers of the branch. Device strategies to counter competition and maximize market share in the Catchment area of the branch, by below the line activities and promotions. Implement cross-sell programmes for mortgages, auto, and personal / professional loans and future CB products. Provide support for new product launches, and champion new sales initiatives Devise and implement a customer acquisition and retention programme Nurture and upgrade the existing customer portfolio to Excel and Priority Banking Business Lead revenue generation and profitable growth by focusing on: Improved deposit mix comprising Current and Savings accounts Waiver Tracking and Management Non-funds based income Ensure various costs are managed within budgets Processes Ensure minimum grading of 2 in all internal/RBI/MESA audits conducted at the branch Ensure compliance to all Operations health documents like KCD/KRI/OPS manual Ensure timely and accurate preparation of all returns both internal and statutory for sales and service Ensure smooth functioning of locker operations, where available People and Talent Ensure branch staff work as a cohesive motivated and top performing sales and service team Achieve high employee satisfaction and retention of good performers Identify and address training needs of staff on an on-going basis.
