Responsibilities
• Increase in business of existing clients, by supporting & fulfilling requirements on time.
• Timely certified attendance and submit to client for billing and stipend payment.
• Identify and implement methods to increase client retention, revenue, and profitability.
• Primarily responsible for sourcing manpower in coordination with team, which may include sending candidate documents, client contracts, and executing complete life cycle of recruitment till exit.
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices, which will help to retain trainees.
• Ensure client visits and maintain cordial relations with client.
• Help ensure processes remain legally compliant.
• Contribute to strategic and operational objectives.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and on boarding of new staff.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or MBA Marketing
• 5+ years of relevant experience in staffing industry as handling Branch
